Had superior room with a great view, a huuuuge bed, for instance. Early check-in, generally first-class service.

The accommodation here is clean, the staff is friendly and provides excellent service, the bed in each room is exceptionally comfortable, and there are amenities like a safe, minibar, and central heating....  

New-fashioned, airy room with a fully equipped bathroom and a shower, hairdryers, and terry cloth robes.

The staff are fantastic friendly and best and deserve a 5-star rating. The hotel offers high standard and new-fashioned rooms with kept very clean and toiletries, for instance, I am very pleased about that. It has a combination...  

My experience at this exceptional hotel was very special! Booked the venue for its prime location close to the main restaurant called Serdal Nergiz, historic ruins, harbour, promenade, and shopping.

What is not to like at this place (apart from one major complaint, see below)? The quality of the food, the provision of snacks throughout the day, the quality and choice of drinks, the friendly and very professional staff, the very high standards of the evening...  

A luxury hotel with more than I expected. The cleanliness of the hotel was fantastic and impressive. The variety and taste of food in all the reataurants was amazing. The entrtainments and shows in the evening were very nice. You don't feel like you want to leave the hotel at all.

Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a superior room, and I enjoyed my stay with courteous service, a very clean a la carte restaurant, and convenient on-site parking.

we had a very nice stay in this pretty standard and great looking hotel. first-class service, good atmosphere, and the staff was affable. got superior room as expected, liked it. the location was prime, in the area with a rate of 300 – 800 euro per person per night, the view was nice, too. the a la carte restaurant for lunch and the lobby bar.

Comfortable rooms with both fluffy down pillows and hypo-allergenic options. Great location right by the main restaurant, which is named Serdal Nergiz. the pool is a nice spot to relax and soak up the sun ☀️.

I can tell the cleanliness, the service, the food and the sea as the main elements we enjoyed during our stay. On top these, the hotel provided anything you will need for children. It is quite family- friendly and services are excellent!

The Luxury Spa was the best. The hotel facilities are fantastic and the beach and pool are lovely.

The people at the reservation desk were rude, not very helpful and gave me a hard time in every way possible. I worked with them get my reservation cleared a week before my reservation because i was onsite with friends. My own reservation didn't start for another 8 days. I got all the info they requested, spoke with them almost every day, had everything they wanted and it was all approved. When i went to check in, they told me the reservation wasn't any good and i would have to pay cash? I asked for an explanation and they said "that's what happens when you book online" then they walked away from me and could not be bothered to help me fix the issue. I was devastated. It took me 2 hours to fix the issue with help of the Business Manager.

This place is clean, well-designed, and the staff is always attentive, be sure to book a superior queen room with a huuuuge bed and toiletries.

Very good is all-inclusive beach resorts are your thing. Good for families with young kids are all facilites are geared towards them. Not recommended if you want more out of your holiday than being on the beach, eating and drinking and dancing at night.

Noise!! My room was facing the entertainment area with loud pop music every night. Forget any sleep.
